We have presented demonstrations at Althrorp Food festival and a whole host of events, as well as given a range of talks for schools and youth groups.
The lead on this project is our former cafe Head Chef who has catered at leading venues and spoken to a wide range of groups. Kathrine Freeman is also one of staunchest environmental campaigners.
